We heard that you want to work at Buzz Interactive. Great! But before you start polishing that cover letter, let us tell you a little about what it’s like, how to apply, and what we’re looking for.
Working at Buzz Interactive is something new. We’re are a group of creative and innovative people trying to disrupt industries we cover but in order to do that we first have to live it. So you won’t find our company values on a poster on the wall. We don’t care about those shiny GPA’s but we crave for genius talent and technical skill sets. So impress us with your abilities and ideas and not with those fancy degrees. We’re happy when you’re happy while doing great things and breaking boundaries.
We love things that are simple. We love learning about learning. And even regularly weigh in on the most epic of conversations.
Oh, and we never shy away from a challenge.
What matters is that you love the work you do and the people you do it with.
Fortunately, our team is exclusively made up of amazing people.

Let’s not sugar-coat it, building a great team is a lot of work. So you will be responsible for making it better and that’s not easy. From communication to management skills to the discipline part, we take everything very seriously. There are successes and triumphs, sure, but also roadblocks, failures, and lots of housekeeping to be done. Consistently being creative doesn’t come easy. There’s no time to waste and you’ve gotta make tough calls every day.
It’s not for everyone, but you have to raise your game when you get to work with the best.
How to make it past the noise:
We get a ton of applications, but few grab our attention. And if you’ve read all of this, then you care enough to do better. To rise above. Well, you’re in luck my friend, because it only takes a few steps to stand out:
1- Read the Job Description carefully
2- Research about our company and culture
3- Complete the recruitment process including technical and personality tests
4 – Wait for the Interview call.
If a suitable position is not listed, you can email email@example.com — but it may be a while before we can take a good look if your skills don’t match our needs.
Whatever you send, make sure it’s something uniquely you. And talk to us like we’re human. Hopefully, your application will be accepted.
Thank you for thinking of us,
Your friends at Buzz Interactive
